Dr. Erik Maki grew up in both Reno and Sacramento, attended UC Davis for undergrad, and went to the University of Nevada for medical school.

Dr. Maki completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland Oregon. After residency, he completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Institute in Portland Oregon.

Dr. Maki returned back to Northern Nevada because he has always considered it home. He is especially appreciative of the sun after spending years in rainy and cloudy weather. He enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time in the mountains, and enjoying his family.
